Location: the hotel was next to stores and restaurants and restraunts and Springdale. Large room - bed was nice.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Nice venue, great value. Nice enough area, great location, very close to other usable stores, Springdale, Arkansas, and Arvest stadium. For shots visit Applebee's, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Comfortable Family Stay with Room for Improvement

The staff were attentive, and we appreciated the breakfast options available. The room needed some updates, especially in terms of decor and flooring. Remember to request a room closer to the lobby to avoid long walks.

The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, and we enjoyed visiting the nearby Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion for a concert with our teens. The hotel feels more upscale than a budget motel, a nice surprise.

In my wife's opinion, a more user-friendly way to help guests find the amenities would be great.

Just a fine choice for a relaxing holiday in Springdale with very nice value for money. The room was clean throughout, made for a comfortable stay. Make sure to request a ground floor if you prefer avoiding stairs.

The room was sonice and neat, I was like I was in a high-end hotel! I loved the amenities like the microwave and coffee pot. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool looked super inviting, perfect for a little dip 💦

Even though I booked an accessible room with a king-size bed, I ended up in a room that wasn't fully accommodating, with a low toilet and no safety bars where I needed them. The cleanliness was not up to standard, with visible stains on the carpet. The front desk staff was friendly, which helped ease some frustrations. The location was useful for visiting local attractions, making the trip worthwhile despite the inconveniences.

Comfortable stay overall, with clean rooms and helpful staff. The plumbing needs attention and there was an overwhelming smell from the smoking area. The lack of USB plugs was also inconvenient. Easy access to nearby restaurants is a plus, just wish breakfast options were better.

The clean, comfortable room exceeded my expectations, while the friendly staff made sure all my needs were met. The carpet in my room could use a shampoo. A pleasant and convenient stay.

The queen room was spacious and well-equipped with essentials like a coffee pot, fridge, and microwave. The nearby McDonald's and other restaurants provided convenient dining options. The experience was marred by a long walk from the office to our handicapped-accessible room, also in poor condition, with a caved-in bed and outdated carpeting. Upgrades are definitely needed to enhance comfort and overall appeal.
